1. Introduction

3. Account Registration

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to register and operate exactly one (1) bf99 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, payment method, or any other identifier — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bf99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. bf99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You agree to notify bf99 support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. bf99 reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

bf99 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification checks on all accounts. Verification is mandatory before the processing of any withdrawal request. You may be required to submit copies of: a government-issued national identity card or passport; a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address; and evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. bf99 completes verification checks as quickly as possible and will communicate any outstanding requirements clearly via email or in-platform notification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Conditions

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. bf99 may request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will experience longer processing times pending document review.
• bf99 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that follow an atypical account usage pattern.
• Withdrawals will not be processed where there is an active bonus with an unsatisfied wagering requirement attached to the account balance.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

bf99 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable standards. bf99 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities and to freeze account funds pending investigation where AML concerns are identified. 5. Betting Rules

5.1 General Betting Conditions

Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the player's account.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to individual markets and are displayed within each market. bf99 reserves the right to amend bet limits at any time without prior notice. Special bet limit arrangements may apply to specific accounts at bf99's discretion.

6. Casino Games

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your bf99 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to account closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard settlement rules and any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Accounts cannot be closed while an active self-exclusion is in place via the normal closure process — self-exclusion accounts are handled separately through the responsible gaming team.

12.2 Termination by bf99

bf99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• bf99 is required to do so by law or by instruction from a regulatory authority.
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding 24 consecutive months.
• bf99 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that continued operation of the account creates a risk to bf99, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.

Where an account is closed by bf99 due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances not derived from bonus abuse or prohibited conduct will be returned to the player's verified payment method following investigation.

13. Amendments to These Terms

bf99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
